Victorian Bazaar 2011
Stanley Community Centre
Many thanks to everyone who organised and supported the Victorian Fayre at the Community Centre on Saturday 19th November. The event was an amazing success and raised approximately £1,210 which was a fantastic total.
There were lots and lots of stalls, including toys, bottle stall, bric-a-brac, children’s tombola, clothing, cakes, books, jewellery, accessories, tombola, crafts, greetings cards, and a raffle. There were also refreshments including tea, coffee and bacon sandwiches. The event was well attended, and as always, the stall-holders tried to look the part and dressed in Victorian style costumes.
Many thanks to the organisers, the stallholders and everyone who helped beforehand and on the day to make it such an enjoyable, happy and successful event. Particular thanks of course to everyone who came along on the day to support the event.
